O&M Panel Assess BHS KPIs Key Performance Indicators or KPIs are now in common use across all major industries to help businesses measure performance. The aviation industry and the baggage handling system industry niche within aviation are no exceptions. In this meeting, we bring together an expert panel of BHS O&M service providers to review BHS KPIs and their impact on how BHS performance is viewed. The panel will discuss KPIs commonly used to measure BHS performance and O&M vendor performance. Expect a lively dialog as the panel critiques the current KPIs, identifies and recommend changes to KPIs for BHS and provides lessons learned from both BHS and other material handling system applications. Our monthly “Industry Professional” presentation will be delivered by Gloria Bender, Owner, TransSolutions. Gloria has over 30 years’ experience as an industrial engineer, serving 25 years in large facility consulting and planning/operations, capacity analyses, conceptual design, and expansion planning. She co-founded TransSolutions in 1998 and established the firm’s airport landside simulation and consulting practice area and the firm’s Operational Excellence consulting.

They are a leading manufacturer of sensors (photo eyes, ultrasonic, radar, etc.), industrial lighting (stack lights, lighted buttons, work lights, etc.), vision systems, safety equipment, and industrial IIOT wireless solutions for condition monitoring/predictive maintenance.
