I am a Regional Manager for Southwest Airlines with specific duties related to Airport Screening Operations. I have 12 years of Baggage Handling Systems experience, managing numerous systems with different designs, technologies and volumes.
Jay Bouton, Director of Business Development,
SIEMENS LOGISTICS
I’m director of Business Development for the Siemens Airport Logistics team, and I’ve been involved in the industry since my years working at Portec Flomaster Division through the 1980’s. Since then, I’ve had the honor of working for several legacy companies, including two years at Stearns Airport Equipment, 10 years at BAE Automated Systems, six years at FSAA, three with Cognex and nearly four years with Siemens. Aside from a couple of stints in the passenger boarding bridge world, it’s been 40 years of fun and challenges in the commercial aviation world.

SWANSON RINK
Swanson Rink is a leading Engineering Consulting firm with an extensive portfolio and dedicated expertise in Airport Baggage Handling Systems. As a Senior Business Development Manager based in Swanson Rink’s Phoenix Branch office, my primary area of responsibility is in relation to aviation projects in the West. As part of AAAE’s Airport Consortium on Customer Trust Program, I work toward bringing innovative BHS concepts learned within IABSC to this committee which is developing a plan for Airports in a post-covid world.
James Chandler, Key Markets Manager,
NORD DRIVESYSTEMS
As Key Markets Manager for NORD DRIVESYSTEMS, my responsibilities include developing strategies to drive sales growth through industry acceptance in the US marketplace. These industries include Airport baggage handling, Food & Beverage, Intralogistics and Bulk Material Handling & Agribusiness. Over the last 12 years, I have been instrumental in NORD achieving acceptance and specification approvals with Airlines, Airport industry consultants and BHS manufacturers.


Gaylloyd Dadyala, Director, Systems Engineering, North America, VANDERLANDE
I have been with Vanderlande for over two decades, working globally from the company’s North American headquarters. I have been a participant in the development of the TSA Planning Guidelines and Design Standards for the industry since 2005, helping establish and maintain the industry standards we utilize today. Since 2010 I have been involved in promoting the adoption of advanced technology for the Baggage Handling System market in North America.
David Delaney, Vice President & General Manager,
BEUMER GROUP
I am responsible for BEUMER Group’s airport baggage handling business in North America. I have been fortunate enough to work in this industry for the last 14 years, holding various leadership roles with BEUMER Group on numerous worldwide baggage projects, including Abu Dhabi, Singapore, San Francisco, and Denver. As a career highlight, I personally oversaw the implementation of San Francisco Terminal 1, which was the first TSA approved ICS baggage handling system to go into operation in the United States.


Terry DiSalle, Business Development Manager,

As a Business Development Manager, my responsibilities are to nurture my client base that I have established for 26 years, bring them new Technologies, listen to their concerns, and show them a solution. I have enjoyed working in the Airport-Airline Industry and will stay Optimistic for future Growth. I am honored that Jervis Webb/ Daifuku Airport Technologies has given me this opportunity.
Terry Gallagher, Senior Program Manager – Business Development,
JBT AEROTECH
I now have 9 years direct experience with BHS systems and controls, and have been a member of IABSC for 7 years. I understand the level of commitment and participation required to be an effective Board member and I look forward to being of service for another two years. My background includes 22 years’ experience in the industrial and construction markets, as Sales, Project Management and Director level responsibilities. My duties also included Contract negotiations, P&L and develop and write SOP’s. Experience includes controls, safety systems, CCTV, Cybersecurity, etc.

I serve Alliant Technologies as Director for the Airport Market and have 40 years of baggage handling experience; serving the aviation industry in electrical engineering, project management and business development roles.
